PATTAYA: -- The chief of police in Pattaya said that no action would be taken until the female victim shown in a lecherous video makes a complaint.

The video in question was posted on the "Chomrom Rabai Khwamkanrai" page on Facebook, reported Thai Rath.

It showed two men groping a woman who was unconscious. One man was fondling her genitals while the other was kissing her on the mouth repeatedly.

The poster - who has since deleted their Facebook account - said that the clip was recorded in Pattaya during Wan Lai celebrations there, the resort's Songkran event.

Station chief Apichai Krobpetch said that it could not be confirmed that the incident took place in Pattaya.

If and when the victim comes forward with a complaint then the police will hunt down the two men in the video, he said.
