CHIANG MAI: -- Yesterday, police in the northern province of Chiang Mai arrested a man who allegedly threw hundreds of methamphetamine tablets on the street for other people to enjoy.

Kanjanapat Wongnet, 38, reportedly escaped police capture by running into the bushes on the roadside in Mae Jo district, leaving behind about 200 yaba tablets scattered on the street.
