The Provincial Waterworks Authority has announced that several areas of Hua Hin, Cha-Am and Pranburi will be affected when water supply will be interrupted today (Thursday) between 9 am and 3.30pm.

The reason is yearly maintenance of an electrical transformer.

Affected with no water in Hua Hin are Thap Tai and Hin Lek Fai sub-districts.

Similarly affected in Cha-Am are Sam Phra Ya sub-district and Silapakorn University.

The Pranburi area could also be affected by poor water pressure in Moo Ban Nong Hoi and Wang Phong sub-district by the Thanarat Camp.

When flow resumes residents may experience some cloudy water and grit in the supply for a while.

A number was issued for people to call if necessary : 03 262 2073.
